If you used Royal Mail to send your device to us and have the proof of postage receipt then you can track your package by visiting https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and entering the tracking number provided on the receipt. It will look something like this: QY XXXX XXXX XGB
Once your device has been delivered, we aim to process it within 24/48 hours.
If your device is processed before 2pm, the payment will be received within the next 24 hours.
If it is processed after 2pm, payment will be processed the following day and received within 24 hours. If your device is processed after 2pm on a Friday, payment will be with you Monday evening. (Except for public holidays)
