1. Terms of Supply

1.1. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting your sale order from our site.

1.2. While you can view these terms and conditions on our website anytime, we recommend printing a copy for your records. We will update these terms from time to time.

1.3. You should understand that by submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our terms of use.

1.4. In confirming your sell order you will need to tick the box indicating that you accept these terms and conditions. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to place a sale order via our site.

1.5. By continuing to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern E-Giant Ltd relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

1.6. The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

1.8. E-Giant Ltd T/A WeBuyAnyphone.com reserves the right to update you at any time, via your supplied contact details. This can be via, mail, SMS, e-mail or phone call.

2. Grading of Devices

Please see the below grading system for the quality of devices.

Like New

Each mobile phone or device should:

  • Fully Working device with no software or hardware issues
  • Like new device (does not need to be boxed)
  • Make / receive calls
  • Fully working: Bluetooth, WiFi, Camera, Microphone, speaker etc
  • Have no damage, scratches, chips or marks anywhere on screen or casing
  • LCD on a white screen must be pure and have no signs of discolouration or missing pixels
  • Be removed from any iCloud / Samsung / Google Accounts


Each mobile phone or device should:

  • Turn on / off (with all buttons working)
  • Have a working touch screen (without cracks or damage)
  • Be fully functional* (light wear and tear** is acceptable)
  • Working screen (no cracks or pixel damage)
  • Have no damage to case (no cracks or chips)
  • Have a fully working operating system (software)
  • Include its battery
  • Battery health percentage must be above 80% - if not the handset will be classified as Average (iPhone only)
  • Not be water-damaged (water indicators must not be pink/red)
  • Make / receive calls
  • WiFi / Camera / Video must work
  • Be removed from any iCloud / Samsung / Google Accounts


Each mobile phone or device will:

  • Be Fully functional - all parts inc. system software
  • Working Home Button / Finger Print sensor
  • Make / receive calls
  • Heavy wear and tear / scratches
  • Battery health percentage is 80% or lower that does not require a service. If not the device will be classified as Faulty (iPhone only)
  • Be removed from any iCloud / Samsung / Google Accounts


Each mobile phone or device will:

  • Crack or smashed screen
  • Heavy wear and tear
  • Include its battery
  • Be intact - not crushed or snapped in half
  • Not have any missing parts or components
  • Must power up - (Note: Any Apple or Samsung device with battery health level of 80% or less will be classed as faulty)
  • Battery requires a service from any health % - your handset will show it requires a battery service in the settings, battery menu. (iPhone only)
  • Or is locked to a foreign network
  • Have a replacement non genuine screen prevents the device from working correctly.
  • Be removed from any iCloud / Samsung / Google Accounts

* We cannot accept devices with no power that have been tampered with and / or that we cannot guarantee the safe removal of personal data, these devices will be returned free of charge without notice.

** Light Wear and Tear consists of:

  • Small scuffs / blemishes to the bezel and buttons
  • Small scratches on the screen that aren't visible when the phone is held at arm's length
  • Small dents / scratches to the casing

We cannot accept iCloud and or password locked devices.

They must be de-registered (removed) from any iCloud (Find my iPhone/iPad) accounts.

2.1. Grading Questions; Definitions of possible responses

Please note:

  • We accept phone battery chargers and accessories. We will not be able to return accessories or original packaging (box) if you request your phone to be returned.
  • You are responsible for cancelling any airtime contract linked to each handset. We are not responsible for any call costs arising before, or after, receipt of your handset, or arising from any other circumstances whatsoever.
  • Please ensure you remove your SIM card before sending us your mobile phone. We accept no liability in the event that a SIM card is sent with a phone and charges are then incurred. You shall continue to be responsible for such charges. Any SIM cards received by us are non-returnable.
  • Please remember that by sending your phone to us, you agree to release us from all and any claims, losses or damages with respect to the phone, any data stored or contained therein or on any media used in conjunction with the phone (whether in the form of personal details, SMS, photos, games, songs or other data (“Data”)). We accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data and it is your responsibility to ensure that such data is removed from the phone prior to you sending it to us. Please use our free Mobile Data Delete Tool to obtain step-by-step instructions on how to delete personal data from your model of handset.
3. Processes

3.1. When we receive your sale items, we will check that the sale is complete, and that it meets our terms and conditions.

3.2. If your phone(s) does not fit the category you chose, we'll propose an adjusted price by email in accordance with the condition categories. If you choose to decline our new offer, we are happy to return the phone for free. We have the final decision on all phone values. Adjusted orders will be automatically processed for payment if you do not reply to our proposed offer via email within 5 calendar days.

3.3. WeBuyAnyPhone.com reserves the right to claim any handset that we haven't heard back on following e-mail communication to the registered e-mail address after 5 calendar days. You will be paid the value sent via e-mail.

3.4. WeBuyAnyPhone.com cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of emails because of spam email or junk filters. Please check your junk and spam folders. This is also noted on our order emails.

3.5. All items are purchased using the VAT margin scheme as per the HMRC used goods VAT rules.

3.6. Important – under no circumstances accept your decision via email or by telephone. All decisions must be submitted via the decision link sent to you by email.

3.7 WeBuyAnyPhone.com reserves the right to destroy any lost / stolen handsets that appear on the "CheckMend" database if they haven’t been claimed by their subsequent owners after 28 days. UK legislation states that we cannot under any circumstances return or pay for a mobile phone or device which is registered lost or stolen at any time unless the lost or stolen records associated with it are cleared. If we at any time become aware of any issues, you will be required to co-operate with the authorities and we reserve the right to withhold or cancel the payment.

3.8 We reserve the right to request a proof of purchase for devices with a value above £400.

4. Payment

4.1. Provided your device(s) meets our terms and conditions we will issue the payment to you within 5 working days. For the avoidance of doubt, if testing or acceptance is completed after 2pm on that working day or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday the order will be processed on the next working day.

4.2. During the checkout process you will be asked for your bank details to receive payment. We assume no responsibility whatsoever for the validity of the details that you provide and it is your sole responsibility at all times to ensure the payment details provided are correct.

4.3. Should you enter the incorrect payment details, please notify us in writing and we’ll ensure we request an investigation with the banks.

4.4. We will not be liable for any losses that you may suffer if you fail to receive payment if a payment is sent to an incorrect account or recipient, as a result of any failure by you to correctly submit payment details when using the website and not notifying us of this error.

4.5. Any discrepancies must be reported to us via email (info@WeBuyAnyPhone.com) within 30 days of the payment date. As a result, any issues after this period could increase the time needed to investigate. Please remember to include your order number.

5. Postage & Packaging

5.1. We have various posting options which include a Royal Mail signed for 48 hour service. This service is only applicable when posting up to 2 phones or devices at a time.

5.2. We will require you to take your package, with handsets / gadgets and sales order to a Royal Mail post office to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number.

5.3. We cannot be held responsible for any items that aren't returned via Royal Mail and subsequently lost within the mail system for items being sent to us. We will of course claim if returned handsets dispatched from us don’t arrive with you. Unfortunately, other than when we arrange courier collection on your behalf, we do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of phones or damage in transit. We therefore recommend that you send any high value units via registered special delivery post to ensure successful deliver, please remember to keep the receipt and tracking number.

5.4. For each package you send in it is your responsibility to:

  • Ensure it is adequately insured for loss in transit, and
  • Ensure that it is adequately physically protected.

WeBuyAnyPhone.com accepts no liability for any loss sustained due to inadequate packaging when WeBuyAnyPhone.com supplied return bags are used.

6. Events outside of our control

6.1. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control or due to our compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.
