How do I turn off Console Sharing and Offline Play on my PS5?

We need you to do this with any console that you trade in with WeBuyAnyPhone, it unlinks the console from your PlayStation account's games and subscriptions, so the next owner can't use them.

Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play.

Select Disable.

If you have forgotten to do this and already sent the console to us, then you can still deactivate your console from your PlayStation account online.

Sony only allows this once every six months.
