Trading in my console, what should I send and what do I get paid for?

Your console, a power cable, a HDMI cable and at least one controller.

Please remove any discs. You don’t need the original box.

What if something is missing or damaged?

We’ll reduce your offer and send you a revised quote. This includes missing cables or stand, and scuffed or damaged accessories. A missing or broken controller reduces your offer by £75.

Will you pay more for games, storage or other accessories?

No. Any additional accessories, storage and games, sent in with your console, will be recycled and will not be returned.
