How do I send my console to WeBuyAnyPhone?

Choose one of two Royal Mail options:

Option Cost Best for
Our free Royal Mail label Free, with our standard cover Lower-value and faulty consoles
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm You pay at the Post Office. Tracked, signed for and covered up to £750 Higher-value consoles

If your console is worth more than our standard cover, we recommend Special Delivery. Keep your proof of postage: until your console reaches us, any claim with Royal Mail is made by you as the sender.

Is there a weight limit?

Our free label already allows for a console's weight. If you choose Special Delivery, the Post Office will weigh your parcel and tell you the price.
