Sending multiple device trade ins by Royal Mail

If more than 2 devices are found within 1 package, Royal Mail will Destroy the contents of the package, and will not provide any recourse / claim value for the package. More information can be found here:

If you believe the value of your device is over £750, you must send your device via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or contact us to Arrange a DPD Collection. If the value of the device exceeds £750 and is sent in via our free QR code, and is damaged / lost in transit, Royal Mail will not provide any claim value as the device value breaches their Ts&Cs

Choosing the correct packaging for your devices

Use high-quality corrugated cardboard boxes.
They can be single-, double- or triple-walled. We recommend double- or triple-walled for fragile or heavy (10kg+) items

Make sure packages are clearly labelled.
Make sure your box has enough surface area free to be labelled

Choose the correct size package.
Use jiffy bags for small items

Secure your package contents.
Wrap items individually and use void filler like foam peanuts and bubble wrap to keep your items from moving around in transit

Avoid damage from transit.
When sending a few items in one parcel, use dividers, and place items in the middle of the box with a 5cm distance from walls and corners
