How long is my price guaranteed for?
WeBuyAnyPhone.com offers a 14-day price guarantee giving you plenty of time to get your device to us. If you need longer, let us know.
What happens if I send you my device after 14 days?
If you haven’t arranged a price extension with us, we’ll pay you the best ‘current’ price, which may be lower.
What happens if I get the model, condition, colour or network wrong?
We’ll identify this when your device is tested - it may affect the value. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know and, if necessary, provide a revised price, which you don’t have to accept.
I left the SIM card in my device – can I have it back?
Sorry, no. A SIM card may contain personal data so, if we receive a SIM card it’s immediately destroyed to safeguard customer privacy.
